About Me.

Katja Kroonenberg is an arts managers with a background in the visual arts and marketing.

As a LASALLE student, Katja has spent three years studying Arts Management, with modules in exhibition management, accounting, and heritage management.

Her experiences inform her approach to make the arts accessible to broader audiences. Her experiences have deepened her understanding of how marketing and cultural policy can engage the public and enhance the impact of the arts.

With skills in organisation, communication, and presenting, Katja is able to manage complex tasks efficiently and articulate ideas with clarity. Furthermore, her interpersonal strengths and understanding of stakeholder engagement allows Katja to collaborate effectively with a variety of teams, partners, and audiences. In addition, Katja has hands-on experience with project management, ensuring that key project initiatives are reached. 

Furthermore, with her interest in connecting audiences, art, and artists, Katja explores the role of art in both local and global contexts, focusing on its ability to address personal and collective concerns.
